Configure and run attendees, check-in, branding, booths, rewards, and emails.
Event lifecycle
Each event has its own attendee list, branding, check-in settings, booths, rewards, and reports.
New events start active. Suspend or reactivate them from Events.
- Create: set the event name, slug, date, venue, category, and attendee fields.
- Configure: load attendees, branding, booths, operators, and rewards.
- Run: use check-in, attendee tools, and live event pages during the event.
- Complete: export data or duplicate the event for reuse later.
Attendees
Add, import, export, search, and update attendees for the event.
Control attendee portal access individually or in bulk.
- Add attendees one by one or by CSV import.
- Download the CSV template that matches the event fields before importing.
- Use search for name, email, or unique ID.
- Use Send All Emails or attendee-level resend actions as needed.
Recommended checklist
- Confirm attendee token balance before large imports.
- Test one attendee portal after import.
- Export attendees before destructive cleanup actions.
Branding
Configure the public check-in page, attendee page, and confirmation email from Branding.
Update logos, colours, images, and rich text without editing code.
- Check-in page: the public event welcome and check-in experience.
- Attendee portal: the attendee's personal event page and QR access.
- Confirmation email: the email content used for sends and test sends.
Check-in
Check-In combines QR scanning, manual attendee lookup, and public page activation.
Event managers use this workspace during live entry operations.
- Activate the public check-in page before sharing it.
- Scan attendee QR codes or search by name, email, or unique ID.
- Undo check-ins when someone is marked incorrectly.
- Keep a manual fallback available for guests without their QR.
Confirmation emails
Confirmation emails carry event details, the attendee portal link, and QR access. They are one of the most important operational touchpoints before event day.
- Write and test the email from the Branding page.
- Use Send Test before sending to live attendees.
- Use Send All Emails from attendee management when you are ready.
- Use attendee-level resend when a guest loses the original message.
Booth operations
The rest of the event portal covers booth gamification and sponsor engagement. Set up booths, reward tiers, booth operators, and visitor workflows before the event opens if your event uses gamification.
Recommended checklist
- Enable gamification before adding booths.
- Create booths and print QR codes.
- Configure reward tiers and redemption logic.
- Create booth operators and verify their assigned access.
- Test one visitor registration and booth scan before launch.
