Check-in works in a modern browser on phones, tablets, and laptops. Booth operators can use compatible mobile devices to scan visitor QR codes.
What happens when the connection is weak?
Booth scans can be queued on the device and synchronized when the connection returns. Check-in teams should still plan a reliable event network and retain manual lookup as a fallback.
How is staff access controlled?
Organization owners assign event managers and booth operators to specific workspaces. Internal staff accounts also use active session controls.
How is attendee data handled?
