Organization-wide events, staff, tokens, reports, and settings.

Dashboard

The dashboard shows current token balances, event activity, and common actions.

  • Review token balances before creating events or importing attendees.
  • Use quick actions to jump into event setup or purchases.
  • Use this page as the daily overview rather than the detailed setup screen.

Events

The Events page controls the event lifecycle. Create, edit, duplicate, suspend, delete, or open the event portal from here.

Creating and duplicating events use event tokens. Deleting an event returns eligible attendee, booth, and visitor tokens before removing the event.

  • Use duplication for recurring event formats.
  • Use suspension when you need to take an event offline without removing it.
  • Use deletion only when the event should be removed fully.

Event managers

Create check-in staff accounts and assign event access from Event Managers.

These users sign in separately and land directly in the check-in workspace for their assigned event.

  • Create and assign managers without sharing a client login.
  • Update assignments when staffing changes.
  • Reset passwords or suspend access when needed.

Tokens and billing

Purchase event, attendee, booth, and visitor tokens through secure checkout.

  • Buy tokens before imports and event-day operations, not during them.
  • Review transaction history after payment.
  • Use pricing tiers to plan larger purchases early.

Reports and settings

Reports give the organization a high-level view of event activity and exports. Settings hold organization details, logo, password management, and legal acceptance references.

  • Use settings to confirm the organization profile and logo.
  • Review accepted legal document references in settings.
  • Keep the primary organization admin details accurate before major event cycles.
